1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of More Ways Coaching’s website and purchase of coaching services.
More Ways Coaching is based in California and offers stress-management and wellness coaching to adults throughout the United States, subject to applicable law and service suitability.
Before purchasing services, you will be asked to review and accept these terms. Any separate written coaching agreement will identify additional service-specific terms. If that agreement expressly conflicts with these terms, the service-specific agreement controls for that issue.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in coaching.
You agree to provide accurate contact and billing information and to participate in a manner that is respectful and appropriate.
3. Nature and Scope of Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative, educational service focused on awareness, practical skills, habits, goals, and everyday changes that support stress management and well-being.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychological assessment, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment of a mental health condition. Participating in coaching does not establish a psychotherapist–patient or physician–patient relationship.
A coach’s education or other professional credentials do not change the scope of services purchased under this agreement.
Do not use coaching as a substitute for appropriate medical or mental health care. We may recommend other support or discontinue coaching if your needs fall outside its scope.
4. Not an Emergency Service
More Ways Coaching does not provide crisis services or continuous monitoring of email or messages.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In the United States, you may call or text 988 for suicide and crisis support.
5. Services and Fees
Available services may include individual sessions, extended sessions, multi-session packages, and one-time intensives.
The price, session length, included resources, and any follow-up support will be disclosed before purchase. Only the services expressly included in your purchase are provided.
Payment is due before the scheduled service unless we agree to a written payment plan.
Fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not alter services already purchased.
6. Packages and Payment Plans
Packages include the number of sessions specified at purchase.
Packages do not automatically renew.
Sessions are for the purchasing client and are not transferable without written approval.
Package expiration dates, if any, must be disclosed before purchase; no expiration applies unless expressly stated.
Payment plans divide the total purchase price into agreed installments and are not automatically renewing subscriptions.
No additional services or charges will be added without your authorization.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling — 24 Hours
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment’s scheduled start time.
With at least 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule without a cancellation fee.
With less than 24 hours’ notice: The full session fee is due.
Missed appointments: The full session fee is due.
Package appointments: A late cancellation or missed appointment counts as one used session rather than generating an additional session charge.
One-time intensives: The same 24-hour notice requirement applies.
Cancellation requests may be submitted through the scheduling system, if available, or by email to morewayscoaching@gmail.com. Notice is measured from the time your request is received.
If you arrive late, the appointment will ordinarily end at its originally scheduled time, and the full fee remains due.
We may waive a late-cancellation charge for an emergency or exceptional circumstance at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
If More Ways Coaching cancels an appointment, you may reschedule at no additional charge or receive a refund for that appointment.
8. Refunds and Ending a Package
Completed sessions and delivered services are not refundable, except where required by law. Late-cancelled or missed appointments are subject to Section 7.
You may end an unused package balance by emailing morewayscoaching@gmail.com. Unused sessions will be refunded at the per-session rate paid within that package; completed sessions will not be retroactively repriced at the individual-session rate.
For a prepaid standalone session or intensive cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may choose to reschedule or request a refund.
Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.
These terms do not limit any refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
9. Participation and Outcomes
You remain responsible for your choices, actions, and decisions.
Coaching requires your participation, and results vary. We do not guarantee a particular outcome, reduction in symptoms, or specific personal or professional result.
Any testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that others will have the same experience.
10. Communication and Between-Session Support
Email is used primarily for scheduling, administrative matters, and any follow-up expressly included in your service.
Unless specifically included in your purchase, coaching does not include ongoing messaging, on-demand support, or immediate responses.
Please do not send urgent concerns or highly sensitive information through ordinary email.
11. Privacy and Recording
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Neither party may record a session without the other party’s prior express consent. Any recording arrangement must specify its purpose and permitted use.
Client stories, identifiable information, or testimonials will not be used publicly without separate permission.
12. Coaching Materials
Worksheets, exercises, written plans, and other original materials provided by More Ways Coaching are for your personal, noncommercial use.
You may not sell, publish, redistribute, or use those materials to provide your own commercial services without written permission.
You retain ownership of materials you create or provide.
13. Technology and Virtual Sessions
You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and reasonably private location.
If a significant technical problem prevents a session from taking place, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or provide the unused portion. Technical interruptions will not automatically be treated as missed appointments.
14. Ending Services
Either party may end the coaching relationship by written notice.
More Ways Coaching may pause or end services for nonpayment, inappropriate conduct, safety concerns, or needs outside the scope of coaching.
Any unused prepaid services will be addressed under the refund provisions above. Ending services does not eliminate valid charges for services already provided or late cancellations.
15. Legal Rights and Responsibility
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, waives nonwaivable consumer rights, or releases More Ways Coaching from responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other conduct for which a release is prohibited.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by California law, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer protections in your state require otherwise.
If a concern arises, please contact morewayscoaching@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Contacting us first is encouraged, not a condition that limits your legal rights.
These terms do not require binding arbitration or waive access to small claims court.
17. Changes to These Terms
Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter an existing purchase without your agreement, except as required by law.
